2024-05-08: Sustained Always On - terminology update

The insight previously shown as “Burnout Risk” has a new label of “Sustained Always On”.

This new title and updated documentation more clearly explain how this insight is measured. Specifically, this is the percentage of individuals consistently working long hours, over most of the past 12 weeks.

  • Individuals that have been working 30+ minutes per day of work outside normal working hours, over most of the past 12 weeks, are categorized as “Elevated”.
  • Individuals that have been working 1+ hours per day of work outside normal working hours, over most of the past 12 weeks are categorized as “High”.

This calculation and the data in the trends are unchanged with this label update.
