We are excited to announce the launch of the new Segments feature in the Uplevel Dashboard. This will simplify the way you interact with organizational data, offering more flexible insights based on your team and company structure.
Available as of 2/1/2024
Key Features
- Default Segments:
- Automatically generated segments for each key attribute in the Org chart such as Manager, Role, Report Group, and other team attributes.
- “Reports up to” option to view all employees under a specific leader - for example the entire org reporting up to a Director.
- Note: Front-Line Mangers and Leaders are not included in these default segments since they often have very different norms around deep work and meeting load. These managers can be included in the data by creating a custom segment.
- Custom Segments:
- Choose between Public or Private segments: share with everyone or keep them personal.
- Flexible rule application for segment creation, like combining department, role and region criteria.
- Include or exclude specific individuals using positive or negative conditions.
- Org and Segment Visualization:
- The new Users page displays everyone in the selected segment, with sortable properties for easy organization browsing.
- Conversion of Recently Used “Flex Teams” to Segments:
- Recently used Flex Teams (viewed in the last 90 days) have been converted into segments for ease of onboarding to segments. These segments are fully editable or removable as needed.
